Shipping
Are there shipping costs? 
The standard shipping cost is €3.90, but shipping is free when you order two or more Longlife Boxes.
How long does it take for my package to be shipped?
If you order on a weekday before 4:00 PM, we will ship your order the same day. If you order on the weekend, we will ship your order on Monday.
Can I track my package?
Every package has a track & trace code. On the day of shipment, we will send an email with a track & trace link that allows you to track your package.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, and Austria. For the Netherlands, please visit www.longlifebox.nl.
Payment
How can I make a payment?
You can make a payment directly on the website using methods such as Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, credit card, or Klarna (within 14 days of receiving the shipment). For an overview of all payment methods, please visit the payment page.
Are there any payment fees?
We do not charge any additional fees for payment.
Is the payment secure?
Payment is guaranteed to be secure. Payments are processed through the secure website of the reputable payment provider Multisafepay.
Returns
Can I return an order?
After receiving the package, you may return the order within 30 days. This is free of charge, and you do not need to provide a reason. The product must be unopened and undamaged.
How should I return an order?
A return must be announced through the contact form, via email (service@longlifebox.com), or by phone (+31 (0)481-377000, available on weekdays from 10:00 to 17:00).
When will a returned order be refunded?
Once the returned order arrives at our facility, we instruct Mollie to refund the purchase amount. The refund typically occurs within a few days.
Longlife Box
What is the daily dosage?
The recommended dosage is 2 capsules and 1 softgel per day. At that dosage, a LongLife Box is good for 30 days of use.
Can anyone use Longlife Box?
Vitamin K2, ginseng, and ginkgo biloba can affect the action of blood-thinning medications. In such cases, consult a doctor before using. Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Not suitable for young children (the capsules are too large for them).
