Shipping Costs

The shipping costs for 1 Longlife Box are €3.90.
From 2 Longlife Boxes onward, shipping is free!

Shipping

Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends are shipped on Monday. Orders placed on official holidays are shipped on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by country. See below for when you can expect your package to arrive in each country. If you haven't received your order after four days, please inform us via the contact form, by email (service@longlifebox.com), or by phone (0481-377000). Please note that our phone support is available in English and Dutch only. We are available on business days from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Belgium

Delivery within 1 to 2 days (Bpost & PostNL).

Germany

Delivery within 2 to 3 days (Hermes).

France

Delivery within 2 to 3 days (DPD).

Italy

Delivery within 3 to 4 days.

Austria

Delivery within 3 to 4 days (PostAT).

Tracking (Track & Trace)
The email containing the tracking number to follow your package will be sent at 6:30 PM on the day of shipment.
