General Delivery and Payment Conditions of LongLife Box (LongLife Products BV)

Article 1. Applicability

1.1 By placing an order, the buyer is deemed to have knowledge of and agree to these conditions.

1.2 Dutch law is applicable to the order agreement.

Article 2. Order Confirmation

If you have placed an order through the website and provided a correct email address, you will receive a confirmation of receipt, which includes at least the following information:
(a) A description of the product you have purchased and the quantity of products purchased; (b) The total price of your order;
(c) Your name and the address to which the product will be sent.

Article 3. Transport

The risk during the transport of the product you ordered is with LongLife Products BV until delivery to you.

Article 4. Delivery Time

LongLife Products BV aims to ship within 1 working day of receiving the order. No shipments are made on weekends and holidays.

Article 5. Cooling-off Period

5.1 After receiving the product, you have the option to terminate the purchase agreement with LongLife Products BV within 30 days without specifying reasons. The product must be unopened and undamaged. The purchase agreement can only be terminated by the original buyer of the product.
5.2 If you wish to terminate the agreement pursuant to Article 5.1, you must announce this by email (service@longlifebox.com) or by phone (+31 (0)481-377000) and return the unopened product within 30 days of receipt using a return label that you can request from us.
5.3 LongLife Products BV will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days of receiving the returned product to the account with which the purchase amount was paid.

Article 6. Complaints/Guarantees

6.1 Any complaints must be reported to the customer service of LongLife Products BV (for contact details, see Article 7 of these conditions). LongLife Products BV will attempt to resolve the complaint within 1-2 working days.
6.2 If LongLife Products BV believes that a complaint regarding the received product is justified, the buyer is entitled to request that LongLife Products BV replace the product with a similar product or receive a refund of the purchase price.

Article 8. Privacy

8.1 LongLife Products BV will process your personal data, address, and order data and include them in a file to fulfill the contract that has been entered into with you.
8.2 This data will only be disclosed to third parties to the extent necessary for shipping or payment of the order.
8.3 The information may also be used for newsletters or email offers personalized to you from LongLife Products BV. There is always an option to easily indicate that you do not wish to receive further emails.
8.4 If you do not wish to receive personalized offers from LongLife Products BV, you can inform us in writing (by phone, email, or letter) or by noting this in your order.

Article 9. Reservation of Ownership

All goods delivered to the customer remain the property of LongLife Products BV until the purchase price is fully paid.

Article 10. Force Majeure/Special Circumstances

LongLife Products BV is not obligated to fulfill contractual delivery obligations if prevented from doing so due to circumstances not attributable to its fault. Such circumstances include business disruptions, transport delays, strikes, and the failure or untimely delivery by suppliers.

Article 11. Reservation

LongLife Products BV cannot be held responsible for the unintentional delivery of incomplete or inaccurate information.
