I have been using LongLife for 6 months now and just ordered another 6-month supply (cheaper). I am very satisfied with it. Due to certain circumstances, I am unable to obtain the necessary amounts of nutrients through diet alone. It is well packaged in convenient small boxes. I find it easy to take. For a while, I kept a food diary on the Voedingscentrum website and added LongLife to it. I was getting all the necessary vitamins, minerals, etc. every day. It's a top solution for me. Very happy with it.
