I have been using LongLife for 6 months now and just ordered another 6-month supply (cheaper). I am very satisfied with it. Due to certain circumstances, I am unable to obtain the necessary amounts of nutrients through diet alone. It is well packaged in convenient small boxes. I find it easy to take.
